Our 30 day promise

If you are not happy with your OVELLE product for any reason, email hello@ovelle.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will refund the product price to your original payment method, even if the product has been used.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Our 30 day promise is in addition to these rights, not instead of them.

Shade swaps

Wrong root powder shade? We will send a replacement shade free of charge.

How long refunds take

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of approval. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
