By using this website or purchasing from OVELLE, you agree to these terms.

Products

OVELLE products are cosmetics, not therapeutic goods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results are cosmetic, may be temporary, and vary by person. Patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. For external use only; avoid direct contact with eyes.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors, with a full refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
